Attention – opportunity for our camogie players

The Camogie Association are delighted to be hosting a Camogie 4 Teen Workshop in Dublin at the
National Games Development Centre, Abbotstown at 7pm on Tuesday 7th of May.
If any of our camogie players are interested in attending the FREE Female Health and Leadership Workshop – read on.
The goal of these workshops is to inform teenage girls about female health, leadership, and the value of participating in sports and Camogie.
Topics to Include:

Leadership and being a better teammate etc

Womens Health
-
Menstrual Cycle

Importance of sport on our overall health, nutrition

Sleep
-
General thoughts on sport (emotions, social)

Thought provoking to encourage the reasons why we all get involved in sport.
This form is the registration for our Camogie 4 Teens workshops taking place in various counties in the country in 2024. Open to teens from 14-17 years of age, if other ages wish to attend we can look into this.
Registration is essential and places are limited.
Player MUST register to take part in the session, only those that have signed up will be allowed into the session.
