Our TY students participated in the JFK Forensic Fun Workshop today, stepping into the role of real-life investigators. This hands-on workshop introduced the group to the world of forensic science through teamwork, problem-solving and a hint of mystery.
Students explored how evidence is collected and analysed. They examined fingerprints, footprints and handwriting samples, and tested their observation skills in a mock investigation. The workshop encouraged critical thinking and showed how science can be applied in engaging, practical ways. The TY students enjoyed working together, trying out forensic techniques and uncovering the truth behind a mystery scenario while learning about real-world scientific applications.
The workshop was both educational and fun, sparking curiosity among the TY group. Thank you to Ms Capper for organising this event and well done to all students for their enthusiastic participation.
