Congratulations to Junk Kouture!

What an unforgettable night at the Helix last night as the Oracle of Balance swept its way into the Dublin City Finals of Junk Kouture. Congratulations to Aoife Ai, Ariunbudrahui Basbayar and Caoimhe Wen who proudly represented St Louis High School in one of the most challenging and inspiring sustainable fashion competitions. The creativity on display was extraordinary and the powerful sustainability messages brought to life by these talented teenage designers were truly impressive. The Junk Kouture Judges were blown away by the talent.

After a tense and nail-biting wait for the results, the excitement was huge when our design was called to walk the stage again in the final round, keeping the dream alive of reaching the World Final. The atmosphere was electric! We are so proud of our students – their vision, teamwork, dedication and creativity shone through on the night. Of course none of this would have been possible without the fabulous Ms Howard, thank you for your vision, hard-work, generosity of time and encouragement to the students every step of the way.
