UCD Centre for Japanese Studies – free beginners summer camp

The UCD ~Centre for Japanese Studies is offering a Free Beginners Japanese Language and Culture Summer camp starting on 4th June.




As the camp starts soon we will be closing booking shortly. There are some spaces left but please act soon.




There is a refundable deposit of Euro200.  [If a student has a letter from their school to say you have an inability to pay we will look to waive this deposit.]

Refunds of the deposit are made after the programme is over. The funding agency (PPLI) seeks that all students attend every day and are on time of the programme each morning.  In the case of a confirmed medical need consideration can be made but in that situation students need to liaise closely with the UCD organisers.




We had great feedback on the course from last year’s participants – they did enjoy themselves, made friends and learned about Japan.
