Soroptimist All Girls Public Speaking Competition

Many congratulations to TY Student, Isabel Lawlor, who has progressed to the Regional Final of the Soroptimist All Girls Public Speaking Competition. Isabel gave a powerful speech this morning in the Mansion House on the topic of; Why bother voting? Are our voices still heard? 

She beat off stiff competition to be one of only 2 girls out of 12 selected by the judges. We wish Isabel great success in the Regional Final in January in Athlone.
