The Junk Kouture Final day has arrived and Team Icarus set off to the RDS first thing this morning to prepare for the live-streamed show this evening. We wish them every success in the final. Well done on reaching this point in the competition. Thank you to Ms Howard and Eve for all their support.

Team Icarus will be representing St Louis High School at the Dublin City Junk Kouture Finals in the RDS on Tuesday 1st October.
About Junk Kouture.
Each year, young people from across Ireland, UK, USA, France, Italy and UAE get involved. Junk Kouture challenges the next generation of Fashion Designers, Engineers, Climate Activists, Artists and Performers to envision, upcycle and create high end couture from recycled junk. Creators enter the competition by submitting their completed designs, aiming to impress the Junk Kouture judges and earn a place in their local City Final. At each City Final, ten design teams from ten schools are selected to represent their country at the Junk Kouture World Final. The destination is to be revealed on the night.
Team Icarus will be filming with RTE throughout the day and performing in front of a live audience that evening.

The event will be Live steamed on RTÉ Player from 6.30pm on Tuesday October 1st for those of you who wish to watch it at home.
