Yesterday, a group of TY students and a group of 3rd year students participated in the Student Enterprise Awards. The Student Enterprise Awards involves students brainstorming possible business ideas. Students then try to turn these ideas into products, and hopefully profit. Both teams produced excellent products and presented them with confidence at yesterday’s event. Emma Grogan, Jodie McConnon, Megan Mitchell and Caitlin Mooney from TY created C.A.T.S., a sensory device to aid students with autism. Aobh Counihan, Georgia-Lee Donegan, Caitlin Hamilton-Birdy, Chen Xi Lu and Amelia Sikora of 3rd year created We Phone-Casing, which are customised phone covers. Both teams should be extremely proud of all of their hard-work and efforts. Well done!
