CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to Heath Moore in 2nd Year who won the overall prize in the Healthy Home Chef Competition (Junior  Section) which was held in St Angela’s College in Sligo today. The Chef Neven Maguire was the judge and he was extremely impressed with Heath’s cookery and dishes. Congratulations, Heath. Sincere thanks to Ms Eustace who supported her on this journey. Neven Maguire was also extremely impressed with our St Louis High School Wild Garlic Pesto. This is a wonderful prize, not only for Heath, but also for the school. The Home Economics dept will now receive 15 sets of Neven Maguire’s cookery range. Well done and congratulations to all involved.
