Taste of Home: Young Cook Challenge

Many congratulations to Stephanie Garland in TY who was a Finalist in the Taste of Home: Young Cook Challenge in MTU in Cork last Friday. Stephanie’s dish was a steak sandwich that showcased at least 3 local or Irish ingredients, meeting the challenge requirements to champion Irish produce. Although not announced as a winner on the day, Stephanie did our school proud and thank you to Ms Fairbanks for supporting and encouraging Stephanie in this endeavour.
