Dear Parents/Guardians,
An email with details of the forthcoming parent/guardian- teacher meeting was sent out last Friday by Ms Muldoon, year head. If you did not receive this email, please ring the school or email the main office at stlouishs.rathmines@gmail.com with your up-to-date email address.
The usual P/T Meeting format will be slightly different for 6th Yrs. You will have the opportunity to meet with each of your daughter’s subject teachers. The focus of the meeting is on how she is doing in each of her respective subjects. These meetings will be short, given the large number of parents teachers will have to meet. Meetings will be timed and be between 3-5min in length depending on the overall number of parents a teacher has to meet with. We ask you to respect these timings so that parents can meet with all teachers. Please ensure to arrive on time. The overall time for the meeting is from 16.15 to 18.45. Please note that teachers will not be in a position to facilitate meetings beyond 18.45.
Parents/Guardians will be provided on arrival with a sheet with the name of all their daughters’ teachers, their subjects and the venue the teachers will be located for the meeting.
There will be some tea/coffee available whilst you are waiting.
Classes will finish slightly earlier on the day at 3pm to facilitate the set up for the meeting.
